Are you an experienced Senior HR Advisor / Junior HR Manager with experience of working closely with and supporting the senior leadership team?
Have you previously supported on HR Strategy and people plans that have incorporated the development and resourcing of the business?

We are working closely with a leading sports / fashion Brand based in North London to appoint a Senior HR Advisor to be a strategic partner to one of their amazing brands. This is a global organisation with over 2000 employees and the people team have won awards for their commitment to their employees.
In order to gain an interview for this role, you will be a commercially focussed HR professional who will support the business according to the values and ethics that have been the driving force for many years.
You will be a solid ER specialist, supporting on restructures when necessary, managing any difficult ER cases and being the advisor and confident to your stakeholders.
Reporting to the HR Business Partner, you will be given ample space to grow and develop in this role.
As well as being a solid HR Generalist, you will work closely with your HR BP on employee surveys, salary reviews, annual awards, policies and processes and be the D&I Champion for your business area, working in collaboration with other brands.

We are looking for candidates who have previously worked in a matrix organisation, are used to working with a centre of excellent and have had previous involvement in transformational change as well as having a commercial and pragmatic approach to HR.
