If so - I’m working with a hugely successful business which truly has an entrepreneurial and creative spirit. As the successful candidate, you’ll be a vital part of the team in a Senior HR Advisory role, providing a first-class service to stakeholders across the the group.
As part of a high calibre and visible HR team, you'll be a point of contact for all employees in your client group, responsible for all areas of generalist duties. This will include starter and leaver management, onboarding, advising on ER issues for line managers. You will provide support on payroll and salary reviews, L&D and training analysis, supporting performance management processes and will line mentor the HR Administrator, supporting in their growth and development. There's also some fantastic projects around D&I, talent management and engagement coming up which you'll have the opportunity to be very involved with too!
This is a fantastic opportunity for a HR professional with established Advisory experience to work in an incredible company which values its people and wants you to bring your personality to work! You must have demonstrable generalist experience at Advisor level, preferably from a creative or media environment, and ideally be CIPD qualified (or studying towards).
