An amazing senior HR Advisor opportunity is available in a leading film & media company. This a hugely exciting company, with a portfolio of work including some of the most critically acclaimed films in recent times.
This is a hands-on role with great visibility within the business and involvement across the full generalist remit. As HR Advisor you will be involved in managing ER; disciplinaries, grievances, performance management, and supporting the group with general HR queries. You will oversee the employee life cycle for both perm and freelance staff – new starters, leavers and contracts, payroll and benefits, will manage the induction process and will provide L&D and appraisal support across the agency.
You’ll be great at building relationships and will have experience gained in a similar fast placed, constantly changing environment. It is essential you have experience of leading on ER cases (both disciplinaries and grievences, performance management, sickness and absence etc) and be able to demonstrate experience where you have been a trusted advisor to line managers on employment legislation and HR processes. This role of Senior HR Advisor would suit an experienced HR Advisor with strong administrative skills, who is looking to take a step up in their advisory role. Patience, flexibility, and the ability to work in an unstructured environment are key, as is discretion, reliability and remaining calm under pressure.
