A fantastic opportunity has arisen to work for a leading agency with a great reputation in the market. My client is looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join as a senior within the team. Directly line managing a Junior HR Advisor and an Assistant, you will report into the BP looking after a busy and fast paced client group of x500.
You will be a strong generalist with complex Employee Relations experience particularly around disciplinaries and grievances, redundancies, TUPE and Mergers. You will really partner with your client group focussing on talent management and working most closely with Business Directors and Senior Account Managers. As well as operational support, you will be involved in a number of key agency wide projects.
The ideal candidate will be ambitious and will enjoy being visible with stakeholders and active within the client group. You will be happy to challenge and able to deal with big characters and a fast paced environment. You will also be happy to directly line manage a team, delegating where possible. You must be CIPD qualified with generalist experience ideally gained in a similar fast paced Media organisation.
