Senior HR Business Partner - 12 months FTC
Hays Human Resources are working in partnership with Cynergy Bank who have embarked on an exciting and ambitious growth strategy which has led to an opportunity for a Senior HR Business Partner to join their established team based in North London/London
This is a newly created role, and represents a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to use their skills, experience and influence to make a real difference to their employee proposition.
Reporting into the HR Director, you will be involved in supporting digital transformation programme as well as business as usual activity. The ideal candidate will need to have experience of working within a financial services organisation and have worked within a commercial focused environment. Critically you will need to demonstrate experience of taking a key role in designing a target operating model to support a significant digital transformation.
You will need to be an experienced Senior HR Business Partner, CIPD Qualified or equivalent and show the following experience: -
You will have strong communication skills and be confident at working at all levels across the business, including engaging and influencing at a senior executive level. You will also be prepared to “roll up your sleeves” and play an active role as part of a small but ambitious HR team.
You will need to thrive on pace and outcomes. It will be demanding but incredibly rewarding role where you will be part of a brilliant team with a great working ethos.
