Your new company

Prinovis are a modern, high-quality service provider in the fields of printing and communication. They have 4 production sites across Europe, including a large site based in Liverpool. They produce high volumes of magazines, catalogues, and advertising brochures for the entire European market. Your new role

A diverse and exciting opportunity has arisen on a 12 month fixed term contract basis. You will work in partnership with the HR Director to deliver the strategic objectives of the HR strategy; as a trusted partner providing the business with HR expertise at a functional level. You will have the opportunity to lead on a number of HR projects and be responsible for coaching and mentoring other members of the HR team; whilst having direct management of one team member.  You will support the HR Director to implement strategy across the following areas;

  • Occupational Health and Well-Being Interventions

  • Recruitment and Selection

  • Talent Acquisition

  • Staffing, Retention

  • Manning Strategies

  • Employment Processing

  • Record Management

  • Compensation and Benefits Administration including Payroll Processing

  • Training and Development

  • Performance Management

  • Employee Relations

  • Ethics and Compliance

  • Corporate Responsibility

  • Diversity

What you'll need to succeed 

You will have extensive operational and strategic HR experience within a unionised, manufacturing environment. You will be committed to building effective relationships with your stakeholders, whilst consistently aiming to coach. You will be CIPD qualified and have a passion and enthusiasm for HR. You will thrive in a fast paced organisation and have an understanding of the overall commercial objectives of business. You will have experience of payroll and ideally will have exposure using SAGE.
