In this Senior strategic role, you will have previous leadership experience of leading and developing high performing teams as this role will have responsibility for a team of 10, whilst also delivering the UK People strategy and operational plans.
You will be expected to write HR & Learning strategy for the year ahead, and you will implement this as an analytical thinker who can connect data and measurements to HR activity
The position is a perfect development opportunity for an already experienced Senior HR Business Partner who is ready to take on the strategic responsibility for executing the People Plans as well as being part of a huge global hyper growth business.
Reporting into the People Director you will oversee an employee Headcount of c600 and growing rapidly! Partnering with department heads you will work as a strategic and commercial business partner. As well as being a learning & development expert to drive, design and deliver creative and innovative L&D programs.
You will be a creative and entrepreneurial thinker who is able to show case creative projects from previous experience. With Solid UK employment law experience you will be able to work on high level and complex employee relation cases in a fast creative environment.
