Senior HR Business Partner 

Our client is one of the leading learning disability charities in the country, providing support for 3,000 people with a learning disability and employing around 3000 staff. Operationally, they have been and continue to be innovative in recognising and championing good support, whilst taking an alternative view at how support is provided. Their efforts are sector leading and recognised and observed by CQC and local authorities who provide most of the funding for care packages. 

Position: Senior HR Business Partner 
Location: South East- Kent, Surrey, Sussex & Oxfordshire 
Job type: Full Time, Permanent 
Hours: 35 hours per week 
Salary: £38,436 per annum plus car allowance

About the Role: 

Working alongside the Divisional Director and the Head of HR you will develop and be responsible for the delivery of the strategic and operational people agenda for the Division. This includes taking responsibility for the HR aspects of new business development, effective use of HR analytics for workforce analysis and improvement. 

Additionally, you will work with internal stakeholders on improving essential KPIS (e.g. turnover and sickness levels) and with other SHRBP’s to address culture change and improve employee relations (including effective partnership working). 

About you: 

The ideal candidate will be educated to Degree Level or equivalent experience and will either be MCIPD qualified or be willing to achieve this within a year of starting. You must be a credible and persuasive HR professional with extensive experience in a similar role including experience of TUPE (in and out). 

You will have substantial experience of complex Employee relations case management up to and including Employment Tribunal casework. You will also have experience of working within a social care setting or other people-based service provision. You must also be able to travel across your division which may include overnight stays.
