This role is a great opportunity for a collaborative HR professional with experience of working proactively with managers to improve employee engagement and performance. You ‘ll form a strong partnership with your function’s leadership teams and identify, guide, support and advise on effective people practices to achieve strategic business focussed solutions, helping to drive the achievement of business goals.
Working with the business to improve leadership and management capability, you will guide, coach and challenge senior leaders, including Executive Team members on best practice HR.
You’ll act as a trusted, strategic partner to functional leadership teams and provide advice and support on all aspects of HR including casework, appeals, performance management, organisational design and settlement agreements

You’ll be CIPD qualified with strong HR generalist experience knowledge, including team restructures you’ll able to work in a fast-paced environment with a flexible approach, able to handle a number of activities simultaneously.
A hands on approach as well as exposure to the full HR life cycle is required, as are excellent relationship management and communication skills and a dedicated, professional outlook. This will have probably been gained in a regulated customer service sector, in at least one organisation with a strong focus on values and employee engagement.
Ideally you’ll have a strong record of personal development, with confidence and gravitas to challenge senior leaders and will be happy to role your sleeves up where required.
