Annapurna have partnered with a market leading professional services organisation who are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to join the team and partner with their Technology, Data and Transformation business units.

The company are going through a business-wide Digital Transformation and the Senior HR Business Partner will drive the digital change from a people perspective.

The Senior HR Business Partner will partner the Chief Transformation Officer, Chief Data Officer and Chief Technology Officer. Along with carrying out HR generalist activities, they will be responsible for creating and driving a high performance data/technology teams and culture, ideally using an Agile Methodology.

The successful candidate must have extensive experience of working as a HR Business Partner with a technology/data teams and driven large scale change. They must also have detailed understanding of Agile Methodology.
