Are you able to commute to Leicester for an amazing role as a HR leader?
A fabulous opportunity has come available for an already established HR Business Partner (Director level) to lead the People Strategy for this small creative media Agency based in Leicestershire. Ideally candidates will live closer to Leicester and will be available to travel to London when required. We are looking for candidates who have come from a media or creative background. Have experience of working in a smaller organisation and someone who is happy to roll their sleeves up and get involved from top to bottom when required.
With 85 employees based in Leicester and 15 at their creative design studio based in London, we are looking to appoint a HR Director level candidate who will work closely with the MD on all strategic matters, to do with the day to day running of the business. You will manage, coach and develop a People Advisor, who will support you and the business from an operational perspective.
With a newly formed Senior Leadership Team, you will be a sounding board and coach for the exec team and SMT. You will coach and develop these 10 Business Directors to form a strong, united leadership team. Your strength in coaching and leadership development will aid you to support them in all day to day aspects of running the business, as well as ensuring the strategic initiatives and Organisational Design requirements are met.
Your role will be to future proof the organisation – knowing and understanding the landscape is changing - how to structure, invest and secure the right talent for the future. You will invest your time in re-organisation, setting a change strategy - job mapping & market benchmarking. And supporting the current challenges and needs. Working to ensure that succession and development plans are defined for key roles.
You will define the company values – linking these to culture, performance and recruitment. Whilst building a highly effective people culture; incorporating how this is defined and implemented successfully, ensuring we are investing and developing our people.
Ensuring Performance Management is linked to a culture of accountability and continuous improvement ie development, career mapping, reward, how to be an effective manager.
