My client is an incredible fashion technology business who are driving continual growth globally and have an opportunity for a Senior HR Business Partner to partner with a fantastic client group and focus on HR projects. With people and culture very much at their core, you will play a significant role in executing the UK people strategy with the support of a high performing HR team.
A highly intelligent and innovative client group of x 500 you will be partnering heads of department on organisational design as they plan their growth. Your remit will encompass the full generalist reach incorporating talent management, succession planning, learning & development, compensation & reward and employee engagement. With strong and solid ER experience, you will be counsel to your team and SMT on complex cases. You will have excellent senior stakeholder management and demonstrate a commercial approach to people issues. With an opportunity to partner the People & Talent Director on key strategic global projects including senior leadership development, culture & values and diversity planning.
A business focused on the development of their people, you’ll have ownership of the Learning & Development agenda; you will have a passion and proven experience designing and delivering creative L&D programmes. You will have strong analytical skills to demonstrate the commercial impact of your work.
The successful candidate will be CIPD qualified, educated to degree level or equivalent and have experience within SME market gained within the creative, brands, communications, media landscape together with people management experience.
