Reporting into the HR Director and working within a generalist HR team of x5, you’ll support a client group of approximately x200, an inspirational, intelligent community of technologists and developers. This business has a huge emphasis on leading by example and empowerment, and in this start-up culture you’ll advise and partner to create a value-add HR service centered around independence and continuous progression. A fast-growth business with a strong philosophy for autonomy and exploration for employees, this role requires someone to bring creative, innovative and effective ideas.
As the successful candidate, you’ll have solid stakeholder management experience, strong UK employment law expertise and be degree educated, or equivalent. You'll bring substantial HR business partnering experience across the generalist spectrum, with a strong passion for culture, engagement and development, and you’ll be able to demonstrate your project management experience across empowering initiatives. You’ll be keen to take your previous experience from a similar start-up business with you to build on the foundations created.
