Senior HR Business Partner – Marketing Agency – Permanent - £70-£75k

Are you an experienced Senior HR Business partner with generalist experience working within Advertising / PR / Marketing /Comms agency?

We are looking to appoint a Generalist Senior People Partner to deliver on a wide range of strategic & Talent matters. Working closely with the talent team you will have responsibility for performance management, ER, change management, Talent management, OD and reward.

You will have the gravitas and ability to manage strong leaders, pushing back where needed and having the leadership skills to develop a team. You will build strong partnerships with your client group, ensuring full delivery of the HR Strategy.

Driving talent and positive performance you will be an integral part of the People & Talent team. You will take the lead on all ER related matters. You will provide advice and guidance to line managers, supporting on high level ER cases.

You will be main lead on several change projects, so experience in OD and change is essential.
