Our client is sourcing a dynamic, ambitious and talented HRM to join them with their fast growth professional services consultancy.
This is a great opportunity to join them at the development stage of a new project.
Varied hands on role with responsibility for : on boarding, staffing, career development, performance reviews.
Interest in travelling to various locations on a regular basis in Northern Europe.
Knowledge and skills required;
Experience in a standalone senior HR within EMEA, co-coordinating within numerous remote offices
Proven interest in digital /tech arena - start ups!
The ability to think strategically, creatively, and be innovative
Have the strategic foresight to challenge conventional thinking
Proven experience in designing and developing programs and interventions
Highly collaborative and able to influence across a diverse stakeholder group
Strong project management, presentation and facilitation skills.
Strong relationship and communication skills that are second to none
Results driven even with challenging priorities
Exceptional influencing and stakeholder management skills
A dynamic and pro-active HR lead used to working across multiple functions
Degree educated/ relevant level of work experience would be ideal/ Fluent working knowledge of french language is essential
