My client, a Bio/Tech organisation with great offices in central London, leading in medical communication are seeking a Senior HR Manager as a brand new role in the company to help develop the people culture and strategy moving forwards. You will lead a small team of 3 and report into a HR Director and practice a high performance culture within the organisation. My client are open to different backgrounds for this role however Tech/ Pharma/ Communications is desired.
You will directly manage a team of 2 and drive an organisation wide recruitment strategy for ongoing iniatives and roles. You will deputise for the HRD when absent. You will have new iniatives for the wellbeing strategy and will be able to participate in the implementation of specific projects, procedures and guidelines. You will have experience in change management and transformation. You will be a key decision maker and will have the ability to make decisions at a senior level which impact the organisation. You will be able to provide support in regards to new company acquisitions when relevant.
Ideally you will be CIPD qualified and be able to work with challenging and intelligent stakeholders whilst engaging the team. You will be calm and logical - comfortable and able to work across all levels of the organisation and happy to work in complex situations and issues. You will have experience working with complex ER cases and have strong HR Systems experience. This is a generalist role so all aspects of HR will be included and you will be expected to be adaptable in your role. Ideally if you have a degree in Sciences, HR or Maths together with CIPD this is highly desirable.
