A high profile company in the commercial industry are looking for an Senior Strategic Business Partner to join their team. As a key part of the HR Team, you'll have the opportunity to drive change.
You will be responsible for promoting employee engagement at every stage of the employment lifecycle and developing and implementing HR policies, processes and procedures.
You will coach and provide advice & support to management in all areas of employee relations and support engagement with the performance framework. You will also manage the starter process, ensuring all new employees receive a full induction and that internal talent movement is supported. The successful candidate will seek to consistently improve and streamline processes and participate in HR project work as and when required.
The successful applicant MUST have a solid understanding of UK employment laws and regulations and the ability to quickly gain an understanding of systems and processes. You need to have a passion for Talent Management and HR initiatives. The ideal candidate will be able to work autonomously, multitask effectively and build strong working relationships.
This role would suit someone very much on the ascent in their career, degree educated ( or similar) with an inquisitive mindset -
