Elevation HR are currently recruiting for a Senior HRBP, managing a team of 4 HRBPs and working with a leading name in the Finance Sector based in the Bradford area.
The successful candidate will work within a fast paced and challenging environment and will take responsibility for:
*Partnering a designated client group to develop and deliver a fit for purpose people plan
*Successfully embed HR strategic initiatives and the people agenda
*Analysis of, and identification of areas for improvement and action planning to address
*Develop strong relationships across key stakeholders and senior managers to align business objectives with the HR agenda.
*Provide quality change management consultation and support to help execute Organisational design and development.
*To offer ground level Operational support and advice as needed, for example on complex ER
Elevation HR would be keen to speak with candidates with the following skills and experiences:
*CIPD qualification level 5-7 or studying towards
*Demonstrable persuasion and influencing skills- particularly at a Senior level
*Strong employment law knowledge and practise
