Elevation HR are working in partnership with a growing and highly successful organisation in the Leeds area.
As a senior HR business partner, you`ll work in conjunction with the HR director to help produce and implement a HR strategy that support the business aims and is fit for purpose. You`ll play a pivotal role in the delivery of the company`s objectives, working in partnership with others to identify improvement opportunities and influence more effective organisational design and use of people through effective work practices and processes.
You`ll be an integral member of the senior management team, actively seeking and transferring best practices and acting as a facilitator for the wider HR team to make sure we continue to provide a comprehensive, commercially sound, joined-up and people focused HR service to the business.
The role will require you to travel to our other offices around the UK weekly.
We are looking for a HRBP with a track record in developing strong relationships with key stakeholders, be able to work at a senior level across the business and someone who has a keen interest and background in generalist HR.
