The ideal candidate will have experience within a scaling business within the tech and digital spaces.
The successful person will help evolve the HR structure, working alongside senior stakeholders and manage the people process of this high-growth business.
- Work closely with the leadership team to define the vision of the people function
- Build and roll out progression and performance management across the business
- Deliver Learning & Development, helping develop future business leaders
- Partnering with business leaders on progression framework, talent mapping and succesion planing
- Be prepared to be strategic while getting their hands stuck in to the operational side of the business
- Several years' experience in start-up or tech focussed business
- Experience in the design and delivery of HR policy and process
- Data driven aproach to problem solving and future planning
- A desire to grow within this business, eventually to lead a strong HR function
- A growth mindset, understanding the importance of HR to the ambitions of the business
