12 MONTH FTC - SENIOR HRBP - £70 - 80K

We are working with a global banking organisation on a Senior HRBP role. They are looking for someone to cover all Senior HRBP matters on a 12 month, fixed term basis, to cover a maternity contract.

The role will support Finance and Corporate functions and will predominantly be covering all generalist matters, supporting key stakeholders across these areas.

Key requirements:

• Demonstrable financial services experience, having acted at a Senior level as a HRBP in either a banking or front office type of organisation.
• An ability to effectively build stakeholder relationships and to get up and running quickly, in a fast-paced, global organisation.
• Proven ER experience and a confident communicator at all levels.
• Excellent generalist HR skills across the full employee life-cycle.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a collegiate team and act as a Senior Advisor to some interesting client groups.
