Senior HRBP – NHS Supply Chain

We are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to join our team to manage our high profile NHS Supply Chain contract. You will manage the HRBP team – 3 direct reports – providing a full generalist HR service, and will work with the Head of HR Operations to support the Health sector growth agenda. With the gravitas and strategic capability required to be a true business partner, you will work closely with the Operational Leadership team to deliver our NHS Supply Chain agenda.

Senior HRBP – NHS Supply Chain Responsibilities:

• Ensuring that HR activity is effectively designed, managed and implemented including cultural transformation.
• Contribution to, and implementation of, the talent and capability agenda.
• Organisation Design and change management including TUPE in and out.
• Managing the Trade union relationship and IR agenda – including pay negotiations.
• Implementation of an effective employee relations strategy.
• Lead, coach, and develop the NHS HR team.
• Contribute to the Employee Engagement strategy and ensure it is effectively developed and deployed.
• Undertake other UL or group-wide HR initiatives / programmes under the direction of the Head of HR.

Senior HRBP – NHS Supply Chain Requirements:

• Of graduate calibre
• A proven strategic business partner
• Extensive union experience - TUPE In / Out, Pay Negotiations
• Demonstrable experience within an environment of a high degree of organisational change
• Ability to work autonomously in a matrix environment
• CIPD qualified or part qualified
• Logistics / 3PL / Distribution sector experience is an advantage
