*Senior Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist*
**Warsaw, Poland**

My client is an American multinational company who is looking for a Polish speaking Senior Tech Recruiter for their Polish offices.


Role:
As the Senior Tech Recruiter, you will be an important member of the Recruiting team and will partner closely to develop strategies to find and assess leadership potential for all of our Business Functions. You will develop strategic and creative ways to identify leading talent and invest in activating passive talent through a highly professional and engaged approach. The profile we're looking for is that of a go-getter who doesn't believe in leaving any stone unturned - someone who brings creativity, fortitude and team play to the daily role.

What you get to do:
- Work closely with executives to deeply understand requirements of roles, functions and how
they fit into the organization
- Design and execute talent engagement strategies for IT and engineering roles
- Team with Coordinators and Recruiters for an efficient model of operation
- Strategize different ways to build talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral
generation, events and sourcing campaigns
- Find, engage and recruit passive potentials through the use of Boolean, LinkedIn and
alternative search techniques
- Deliver qualified diverse pipelines for active roles, as well as actively network and establish
strong relationships with diverse people and organizations
- Screen profiles and interview executives to determine fit
- Regularly track pipeline activity to share with internal partners
- Analyze effectiveness of efforts through data analysis and reporting including search
progress reports, status reports, and market trend/feedback reports for presentation to
Senior Executives
- Partner across a variety of functions to create relevant, compelling, personalized and hightouch experiences that align with our client's values and mission

To be successful in this role, we need someone who has:
- Extensive experience in sourcing and recruiting with a search firm or in-house
recruiting team focused on tech roles
- Proven to be able to identify high potential profiles
- Research/sourcing search skills for hard-to-fill requisitions
- Passive executive engagement approach to activate candidates that weren't actively in a job
search
- Deep interviewing and career arc screening for both technical and cultural qualities
- Cloud & networking industry knowledge to understand relevant tech skills, target companies
and conferences
- High emotional intelligence with ability to communicate effectively with partners and French speaker
- Experience using talent and market insights and data to influence executive-level audiences
- Extraordinary collaboration and multitasking skills
- Ability to thrive and prioritize in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Ability to understand & interpret complex business needs and business structures
- Knowledge of the English language at a fluent level. Polish is a big bonus.
