Our client, an influential provider of Leadership programmes is looking for a Senior Consultant to join their team, to design and deliver leadership programmes for a range of clients.

Some main responsbilities:

  • Building an effective client base through effective business development and excellent design and delivery of programmes.
  • Design, build and implement Leadership and Management programmes creatively and deliver these to a number of clients.
  • Assist and coach current team members.

What they are looking for:

  • An ability to effectively build and maintain relationships through business development tools and strategies.
  • Proven experience in the Leadership development space and the ability to creatively design and deliver impactful leadership programmes.
  • A passion for digital learning tools
  • Team management skills
