Senior Organisation Effectiveness Lead

Our client, a FTSE 100 business, are embarking on a large scale transformation and looking to recruit a market leading Senior Organisation Effectiveness Lead.

This role will report directly into the Group HR Director and have a number of core responsibilities, which are as follows:

  • Drive operating model design, identifying issues and providing recommendations. Work alongside the HR function to deliver this
  • Analyse Org structure and identify gaps, needs capture and design solutions
  • Lead in the development of the design framework, designing objectives and principles with the company strategy and operating model
  • Support the development of the organisational capability and methodology
  • Lead and manage the business change agenda through organisation design
  • Improve simplicity and effectiveness through organisational effectiveness and transformation projects
  • Develop best practice OD and OE frameworks and tools

Key Experience:

  • Demonstrable and significant experience of leading on the design and implementation of functional organisation design projects
  • Management consultant experience and mindset
  • Strong facilitation skills to be able to lead business teams through the design process
  • Deep analytical skills to deliver insight on qualitative and quantitative organisational data to drive decision making in design
  • Excellent communication skills to engage business leaders and SME into the organisation design process
  • Experience of working within a transformation environment
  • Understanding of global organisations from a front line and back-office perspective
