  • Overhaul the TOM to create a digital, commercial, agile business.
  • Run with global projects to streamline processes and create greater effectiveness.

  • Commerical acumen and the ability to influcence
  • Proven experience of running and delivering organisational effectiveness projects.
  • Organisational change / management consulting experience
