Senior Recruitment Account Manager - Up to £50,000

Our client, a growing entrepeneurial business, is looking to recruit a Senior Recruitment Account Manager to join their team.

This role will be a lead a small team, working with some incredibly smart and driven people and will manage all Recruitment and Account Management matters.

About the role:

  • Managing a small team of two people to deliver on large projects.
  • Managing internal systems and writing tenders and proposals for upcoming projects.
  • Driving process improvements for the recruitment function.
  • Strategically thinking about the growth for this area of the business.
  • Project management of large campaigns.

Key requirements for the role:

  • A hard-working, driven and can-do attitude.
  • Proven leadership and management experience.
  • Experience of managing and delivering recruitment projects.
  • Proven project management skills.
