Senior Reward Advisor

£60,000 to £65,000 per annum plus excellent benefits


An exciting opportunity has arisen with an Oil and Gas business based in Aberdeen for a skilled Reward professional to work with an energetic HR and Reward team who are committed to high standards of working.

The Senior Reward Advisor is responsible for the operational delivery of the reward package, this will include providing high-calibre, pro-active reward advice and guidance.

Previous experience will include:

  • Providing reward advice and guidance to colleagues within HR, managers and employees on a range of issues that include pay, performance management and benchmarking

  • Working closely with your own HR team to be the subject matter expert on all things reward related

  • Providing advice on offers of employment and providing ad-hoc request for market review when recruiting

  • Owning share scheme administration, including cyclical events such a share grants, vesting and annual regulatory reporting to HMRC and Group Finance. This will also include the annual remuneration cycle.

  • Operational delivery of cyclical HR programmes such a remuneration cycle, share scheme

  • Salary survey analysis for internal and external job pricing and benchmarking activities

  • Annual review of pension regulations
