My client, a well known global financial services company, are looking for a Senior Reward Analyst to join their growing HR team and wider business.
This role will be operating globally and will be an important part of the transformation of a growing HR function.
It will be largely operational, with responsibilities including benchmarking, international gender pay gap reporting, and general reward reporting analysis. However there is also some significant exposure to working with senior members of the wider business, advising on, and having a strategic oversight over the reward function.
The ideal individual will have;
- Advanced Excel skills
- European experience
- Fantastic communication skills
