The ideal candidate will have had experience in compensation, benchmarking, salary surveys or data analytics and will ideally have experience within Remco.
The Responsibilities include;
- Accountability for the Remuneration strategy, design and implementation.
- Lead the reward team (5 headcount), ensuring high standards are maintained through a period of change within the business.
- Aid the HR Director in Remco preparations
- Drive continuous improvement of the Reward function.
