Talent & Development Senior Manager

London, Law firm, £75,000-£95,000

Our client, a leading Global Magic Circle Law Firm, are looking to grow their award winning Talent function by recruiting a brand new Talent & Development Senior Manager.

This role, working under an excellent Head of Talent & Development, will take a focus to upskilling the partnership around core business skills. You will work collaboratively with the rest of the Talent team to design, facilitate and co-deliver interventions to a variety of small populations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and Manage third party training providers
  • Act as a genuine SME within Talent and Leadership Development projects
  • Work closely with the business to define the Leadership training requirements for Partner level populations
  • Work with external and internal experts to continually improve the Talent and Leadership offering of the firm
  • Act as a Talent 'project manager' to ensure a consistent upskilling of several crucial populations
  • Deliver expert sessions to fee earning populations

Required Experience

  • A substantial demonstrable previous background within Talent and Leadership Development
  • Successful track record of design and rollout of business skills programmes to a senior population. Experience in developing commercial capability is highly desirable
  • Candidates should ideally come from the professional services space and have been client facing previously
  • A high level of credibility is crucial for this role, as well as very strong stakeholder management

This opportunity is a rare and great one. It's open to individuals with a strong Talent background within Professional services or Corporate environments. The content of the role can be flexible across the team for the right candidate. This role is also an excellent opportunity to travel Globally and work remotely when required.
