I’m privileged to be working with an international creative tech business who are looking for a senior tech recruiter to join the team as the business goes through sustained growth. This role will give complete ownership of the technical hiring piece, where you will be attracting top talent and identifying methods managing pipelining and future proofing top talent within the business.
Reporting into the Head of Talent, you will be responsible for the entire end to end tech recruitment piece. Hiring across a range of disciplines (PHP, developers, IT infrastructure, Java etc) you will come with a wealth of technology recruiting experience an established network in the field. You will be responsible for a number of key projects which will help transform the businesses approach to recruitment.
You will have excellent senior stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build rapport with the Tech leadership team instantly. You will have worked in a creative environment with a focus on tech hires, and have a strong direct sourcing pedigree. You will be innovative in your approach, with the ability to bring your own ideas and solutions around the recruitment process and tools used.
The ideal candidate will have worked within the creative/tech industry and have an adaptable, professional and solutions focused approach, the ability to work at pace in a creative environment will be essential.
