*Head of HR* *Midlands* *£500-£550pd 6 MONTHS*

We are working with a leading Utilities company on a search for a Snr HRBP, to partner with the businesses most critical function for a 12 month period.

This role requires a strong generalist, with experience dealing with unions and liaising with the senior leadership teams, as well as demonstrable strategic experience around projects and transformation. If you are interested in joining a business that is embarking on a period of change and would like a long term interim contract where you can see the fruits of your labour, then please reach out to me.

· Highly effective change management skills.

· Strong influencing skills with the ability to create strong relationships at all levels of the

organisation and build the credibility to be a trusted partner.

· Ability to operate with uncertainty.

· Confidence in own judgement and decision making.

· The ability to think of the bigger picture in terms of solutions and to understand the

business impact and risks of alternative solutions.

· A strong customer and commercial focus.

· An ability to work under pressure, be resilient and to remain mature and professional at all

times.

· A strong commercial acumen with a pragmatic approach to problem solving.

· A strong teamwork ethic with a proven ability to work collaboratively.
