I am working with a fantastic experiential marketing agency, going through a sustained period of growth who are looking for a HR Staffing Manager to join their innovative business. Working on a key campaign, this role will be responsible for HR and recruitment aspects of staff at this signature attraction.
This role offers ownership of the HR piece, being the central point of contact for employees for all HR queries as well as recruiting new ambitious staff to join the team. Working closely with Events and Brand managers, you will identify, recruit and on-board new members of staff, owning the employee life cycle. On top of this you will manage ER cases, pipeline future talent, manage the payroll/benefits coordination and act as the go to person for HR queries.
You will have had exposure of managing field staff, in a fast paced and commercial environment. The role offers a blended mix of strategic and operational responsibilities, liaising with senior stakeholders in the business to ensure the customer experience is exceptional.
As the successful candidate, you will have had worked in the creative space and be comfortable manging a team of field staff. You will have had exposure to leading on ER cases, providing guidance to managers where necessary. You will have experience in providing training to employees, with a consultative and organised approach. This role requires an adaptable and confident approach, communication will be key.
Please note this role will require travel to more than one location within London on a weekly basis.
