With that in mind our client currently has an opportunity available within the People team for a Strategic People Partner to specifically work on reward and recognition within the company.
Working with the People’s team Group Assistant Director – Strategy, you will support the development and implementation of an effective reward strategy which successfully attracts, retains and motivates the right people for the business. You will be the primary point of contact for all reward related enquiries, provide advice and guidance where necessary and forging close working relationships with Finance and Payroll colleagues. You will also be responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of end to end reward processes.
There will be a healthy mix of day to day activities and project work with opportunities to expand your current knowledge and experience.
To be successful in this role, candidates must be a member of a relevant professional body to level 7 or equivalent and have thorough and up to date knowledge and experience in research & development, within the reward field
With proven experience of working within a Reward role you must have knowledge / experience of preparing job evaluation schemes such as Croner or similar, along with a clear understanding of current issues affecting both the housing and commercial sectors from a reward perspective.
