We are looking to appoint an already established Recruitment Lead into this fast growth tech business.
This is a new and incredible opportunity for a Strategic Recruitment lead to join this Global Technology Business. This role will be based in London, with management responsibility of a team of 10 across 2 European Locations. With circa 7000 employees across 30 countries.
The key drivers in this role will be to ensure your teams are finding the very best talent globally to support the growth of the engineering and product teams. In order to be successful in this role, you will have previous / current experience in driving a successful recruitment team.
In this position, you will provide innovative, scalable solutions to drive the hiring process. The Lead role is strategic as well as hands on and can manage a team of already established recruiters.
You will work with the Leadership team to understand the Engineering and Product team’s requirements for growth. So a strong knowledge of this area is paramount to this position. You will be expected to create creative sourcing, selection and recruitment plans that will allow the team to meet its ambitions hiring needs.
You will develop robust metrics to measure talent acquisition's effectiveness, focusing on continuous improvement. As well as forecasting talent needs and monitoring recruitment metrics.
You will analyse current talent acquisition processes, to identify process efficiency, determining future plans to identify and implement “best practices” and workflows across the company to help streamline processes.
You will have previous experience of leading a recruitment team in a fast growth environment. With the ability to manage senior level stakeholders and create hiring strategies for different technology teams.
It will be your responsibility to directly manage all hires for Executive positions.
As the Recruitment lead, you will be a mentor in order to guide and develop your team.
We need you to work efficiently but with urgency and be able to prioritise within a demanding environment.
You will have a deep understanding of headcount management and governance and you will be a creative, strategic thinker who is a driver of teams and processes.
