A global Financial business are currently looking for a Programme Manager to lead the roll-out of SAP SuccessFactors Payroll globally and manage all associated Data Migration work streams. (Perm: £80-100k)

The Role:

  • Part of a global HR Transformation which has included the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors
  • Employee Central is live globally and this role will lead the next phase of the project which is the roll-out of the Payroll module globally, as well as Time-Off and Benefits.
  • Work with internal and external partners to deliver HR transformation.
  • Report directly to Group Head of HR Transformation and the Group Head of HR as well as working with senior stakeholders globally to champion the project.
  • Lead on relevant Data Migration projects as the client transitions from an on-premise to cloud Payroll system.

Experience / Qualifications:

  • Must have held a leading role in a global HR Transformation including a cloud HRIS implementation. (Ideally SuccessFactors but other systems will be considered)
  • Led on a Payroll transformation and implementation.
  • Experience with Data Migration (on-premise to cloud)
