This charity is the national umbrella organisation in Wales for third sector specialist services working to end domestic abuse, sexual violence and other forms of violence against women.

Are you passionate about working in a women-led membership organisation and supporting local violence against women services and survivors across Wales?

Due to new funding to provide additional support during the current pandemic they are looking to recruit to their Services and Survivor Engagement team

- 37.5 hours per week
- Fixed term contract until June 2021
- Location flexible (Wales) with commitment to travel to Cardiff as required. Initially home based during the current pandemic.

Do you have experience of working directly with survivors of VAWDASV and an understanding of the needs of women experiencing VAWDASV who face additional barriers?

This role will support their survivor participation and community engagement work, including customising support as required during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, and ensuring that survivor voices continue to be heard and can shape the responses of key decision makers.

You will promote and grow their Survivors' Network, engage with survivors and Contribute to survivor focussed campaigns and support their members to develop their own survivor engagement frameworks and mechanisms.

Closing date: 12 noon Thursday 30th July 2020
Interview date: w/c 3rd August 2020
