A fantastic opportunity is available for a proactive and outgoing Talent Acquisition Assistant within a global marketing company, who are looking to grow their team in their sociable and fun offices!
The role will provide essential support to the Talent Acquisition team with tasks including coordinating interviews, booking rooms and sending interview confirmation emails. You’ll be in a visible, business facing role, where you’ll need to build relationships with internal teams and will also be responsible for providing an amazing candidate experience to applicants. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will also have the opportunity to work on exciting projects – identifying creative ways to engage and attract talent, managing the graduate scheme and supporting with the development of the employer brand proposition.
The ideal candidate for this Talent Acquisition role would have a minimum of 6 months previous experience in recruitment, with a real passion and interest in progressing to an in-house role. You will be super organised, have strong administration skills, and be confident to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
