Talent Acquisition Business Partner - FS - Up to £75,000 pa

Are you an effective Recruitment Business Partner with experience in the Financial Services space?

Would you like to move into a role where you are truly partnering the business to understand their needs in order to ensure effective recruitment can take place?

This client is looking for someone who is passionate about Talent Acquisition, who knows how to partner the business in order to find the best talent out there.

Some details about the role:

  • You will be responsbile for helping to build the EVP
  • You will understand the succession plan and proactively seek to build a network for these roles
  • Commercially lead on Recruitment and drive direct attraction and reduce agency costs

What they are looking for:

  • Understanding of Recruitment Employment Laws and GDPR advantageous
  • Able to directly source candidates, ideally with some previous exposure to sourcing MI candidates
  • Proven experience of demonstrating cost saving on agencies through direct sourcing methods.
