An exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Executive is available with a leading creative consultancy. Supporting the Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you’ll be a key hire in this creative and high calibre team, who are experiencing a great degree of success in their field at this time.
A newly introduced role, the Talent Acquisition Executive will support the end to end talent acquisition process in the UK and international offices, from liaising with hiring managers, direct sourcing, managing PSL relationships, creating job adverts, telephone screening and shortlisting and interview scheduling and coordination. As first point of contact for applicants, you will be responsible for candidate management and ensuring there is a pipeline of future talent. Acting as brand ambassador, not only will you be a representative of the company via social media, promoting the employer brand presence, but also will be key in raising the profile of the team internally.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate experience of successfully building relationships with stakeholders at all levels, and have a service delivery focused recruitment style. You will be able to work with a high level of initiative and be a real self-starter as you will be given an opportunity to really own this role. This Talent Acquisition Executive role would suit a candidate who has potentially worked as a Resourcer in-house, or an agency Recruiter who is looking to further develop their career internally within talent acquisition.
