I am delighted to be partnering with an amazing global media agency in their search for a motivated and driven recruiter to join their quickly expanding team in beautiful London offices. This role will sit in a large Talent Acquisition team and report into a TA Manager.
You will be responsible for working on roles in the exciting world of online marketing – while it would be ideal for you to have a background in media / marketing recruitment, a willingness to learn and a passion for these industries is just as integral to the role.
To be successful in gaining an interview for this position, you will be a confident head hunter, and enjoy all parts of the recruitment process – from mapping the market and sourcing top quality industry talent to arranging interviews, posting adverts and building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
The ideal candidate will have experience as a recruitment consultant either from agency, an internal recruitment role or ideally both! You will be an excellent communicator and have a keen interest in the digital/media industry. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast paced environment is essential.
