- 30 percent hands on and 70 percent strategic.
- Leading a team of 3.
- Partnering with the leadership team and MDs.
- Oversee market mapping activities and talent pipeline.
- Process improvement.
- Performance management.
- Agency, RPO or in-house experience in a lead role.
- Experience in clinical recruitment is desirable but not essential.
- Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
- Experienced in using various sourcing techniques and social platforms.
- Attention to detail and highly organised.
- Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment.
