TALENT ACQUISITION MANAGER, LONDON
Our client, a growing boutique practice is looking to recruit a Talent Acquisition Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.
This role will suit someone with full end to end recruitment experience along with strong delivery experience and excellent organisational skills.
- Own entire Talent Acquisition function, which will include; developing recruitment strategy, growing the candidate pool, business partnering to understand recruitment needs and delivering on sourcing requirements.
- Headhunting candidates and improving hiring processes
- Design the graduate recruitment process and deliver it.
Desired skills and experience:
- Proven end to end recruitment experience; ability to source, headhunt and deliver to the business.
- EMEA recruitment experience
- Experience with LinkedIn recruiter and other sourcing tools
- Excellent communicator and ability to build strong relationships.
