Description

As the Talent Acquisition Manager, reporting in to the People Development Director, you will need to manage, develop and motivate a team of Resourcing and Talent Advisors.

The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for developing the talent strategy, looking at the recruitment processes and procedures and ensuring that talent is recruited and retained in line with the company strategy through cost effective methods.

Profile

Key skills and experience required:

  • Management experience is essential
  • Internal/in house recruitment experience is crucial
  • Experience of creating and implementing a Talent Acquisition Strategy is key
  • Public sector/not for profit experience would be advantageous although not essential
  • Niche and skilled volume recruitment experience would be highly beneficial
  • Experience of working with I-Trent Solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to lead, develop and inspire
  • Able to influence at all levels internally and externally
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Based in the East Midlands
