Talent Acquisition Lead - Digital and Tech - Relocation Required

Our client, a growing, global brand, is looking to recruit a Talent Acquisition Lead to join their growing team. The successful candidate must be willing to relocate to one of their European hubs in the near future.

They are looking for a proven Technology / Digital Recruiter who is comfortable leading on key projects, managing a certain number of vacancies and delivering on these as well as providing the day to day leadership for the wider team.

About the role:

  • Managing a number of vacancies and delivering on these for the Group entity.
  • Leading on key Talent Acquisition projects and rolling these out across the business, managing them from end to end.
  • Supporting on Executive hiring, where required.
  • Day-to-day management of the Talent team.

Key requirements:

  • Proven experience of effectively leading a team as well as managing a number of vacancies.
  • Must be readily available to relocate in the very near future.
  • A hands-on approach to dealing with matters quickly and effectively and experience of working in a fast-paced, growing organisation, preferably from within a technology business.
