Location: Bridgend Office – Principality House, Litchard Industrial Estate, Bridgend, CF31 2BB

Salary: £30,000 per annum + Commission Package OTE of £35,000 +

Job Type: Full time, Permanent

Working Hours: Monday to Friday – 9.00am to 5.30pm (Flexible Hours)

As part of our growth plans, we’re seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist that has a real passion for delivering excellence and ensuring customer service is at the heart of everything we do.

About the Role:

• IT / Tech Recruitment: Identify, attract, and place candidates in various IT / Tech roles within Flotek Group
• Partner with (and advise) Hiring Managers on the local talent market, influencing the sourcing strategy, and attracting top talent for open positions
• Work closely with Hiring Managers to understand team dynamics, skills and personality needed for a new hire to fit into each role
• Using market knowledge to advise Hiring Managers on potential bottlenecks and developing a strategy to influence the candidates' decision making
• Work with the marketing team to help branding and in turn help attract the best local talent
• Utilise candidate sourcing techniques to proactively source talent including LinkedIn, networks, data base
• Screening of applicants, setting up interviews and supporting the recruitment process (start to finish)

Experience Required:

• Proven IT Recruitment Experience preferred: A successful track record in IT recruitment / talent acquisition
• Relationship Management: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships
• Strong Communication Skills: Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to engage decision-makers at all levels
• The ability to work under pressure and manage multiple requirements – giving each the urgency require

Renumeration and Benefits:

• Basic Salary of £30,000
• Commission package available with expected OTE of £35,000 +
• Staff Share Equity Scheme
• 21 Days Holiday increasing to 25 with 3 years of service (+ bank holidays)
