Job Title: Talent and Development (T&D) Business Partner
Salary: £26,000 - £32,000 per annum depending on experience
Job Type: Full Time, Temporary Contract (6 months)

What is the role?
Our Client is recruiting for a T&D Business Partner to join their People and Development Department on a temporary (six months), full time contract. The T&D Business Partner will deliver learning interventions through a blended learning approach. This will include the design and delivery of face to face group workshops, e-learning modules, webinars and occasional one to one sessions.
They are looking for a confident self-starter who can hit the ground running and quickly get to grips with the work in a very busy team. They will need to be able to work on their own, quickly develop relationships across the charity and be confident dealing with people at all levels.
The team is working on a number of high profile projects at the moment so they will need to be flexible in their approach, adaptable in their working style and happy to 'muck in' as and when required. The successful candidate will be joining a fantastic pet charity and a close team who are known for delivering first class learning solutions.
