Talent and Performance Manager - 12 Month FTC: £60 - £70K
Annapurna Recruitment is working with a well-known brand on a Performance and Talent Development Manager position, which is a 12 month fixed term, maternity cover contract. The role will support the Director of Organisational Development on all Talent and Development initiatives and programmes and will manage the end to end implementation of new programmes as the business moves to new ways of working.
The business is currently going through a period of change and is moving to focus more on Performance Management and impactful Talent Assessment and Development.
