Talent and Performance Manager - 12 Month FTC: £60 - £70K

Annapurna Recruitment is working with a well-known brand on a Performance and Talent Development Manager position, which is a 12 month fixed term, maternity cover contract. The role will support the Director of Organisational Development on all Talent and Development initiatives and programmes and will manage the end to end implementation of new programmes as the business moves to new ways of working.

The business is currently going through a period of change and is moving to focus more on Performance Management and impactful Talent Assessment and Development.

Key requirements:

  • The successful candidate will be a Talent Development (not recruitment) and Performance Management specialist and will have in depth knowledge of managing Talent Assessment, implementing impact based performance management reviews and leadership development programmes.
  • Previous experience of implementing and managing programmes and working on projects from end to end across the whole Talent and Performance Management cycle is required.
  • Proven experience of working in a global organisation, for a progressive and entrepreneurial brand.
  • Can-do attitude with a quick thinking ability to efficiently complete a project.
  • An ability to start a new role in the next month.
