Talent & Learning Capability Lead
£80,000 - £95,000, London

Our client, a fantastic insurance business embarking on a significant digital transformation journey, are looking to bring in a Talent & Learning Capabilty Lead.

This role will join the transformation team and report directly into the Lead in this area. You will work collaboratively to take charge of the talent and leadership development and work to build capability in both the business structures and in it's people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and definte competency frameworks and people capability requirements alongside the business strategy
  • Develop a business learning strategy and carry out needs analysis across the organisation
  • Coach and challenge leadership populations to embed key behaviours
  • Support Leadership development
  • Own the development and delivery of learning content, utilising third party relationships and providers
  • Implement strategic initiatives to address future talent including apprenticeships and other early careers talent

Required Experience:

  • Clear and demonstrable background of success within learning and development and talent capability
  • Proven track record of working as part of organisational digital transformation, ideally having operated within an agile environment.
  • Experience delivering strategic learning initiatives
  • Strong collaborator with excellent communication skills and experience managing senior stakeholders
  • Strong results orientated focus and commercial outlook, data driven approach
